Lying a few minutes north of Downtown Athens in the leafy green suburb of Maroussi, Civitel Attik and Civitel Esprit are very close to the Attica National Road that takes you to the airport in 25 minutes, as well as to Corinth and the gateway to the Peloponnese is an hour. The port of Piraeus is very easily accessed by metro (Neratziotissa Station) from near our apart hotels in just over half an hour. The aparthotels are close to many shopping malls, fine hospitals, exhibition centers and the Athens Olympic Stadium (OAKA), most of which are within walking distance. Kifissia, the upscale jewel of Athens with its shops, museums, restaurants and cafes is just three metro stops or a short drive away.

The most prestigious malls in Athens are around us. Starting from Civitel Attik and Civitel Esprit, take a walk to the Mall Athens, Golden Hall and Avenue, which offer excellent shopping opportunities and numerous dining options.

Sports & Concerts

On the city’s northern edge just next to Athens Olympic Stadium (OAKA), the business hub of Maroussi is home to Civitel Attik and Civitel Esprit. Any sport event -football, basketball, aquatics, cycling, tennis- or any big concert event in Athens, such as the first concert of Coldplay in Athens on 2024, takes place here.

Helexpo Palace:

Only 1.5km away from Civitel Attik and Civitel Esprit is Helexpo Palace, a state-of-the-art dedicated space for trade shows and consumer exhibitions.

Metropolitan Expo: Close to the airport and barely 12 minutes away by car from the aparthotel, Metropolitan Expo is considered “the largest, most modern and functional venue for exhibitions, conferences and events in Greece”.

Mediterranean Expo Cente (MEC): Recently renovated with the latest installations and equipment, the MEC lies in the suburb of Paiania just under 10 minutes away from Civitel Attik and Civitel Esprit. It offers over 20,000 square meters of space and an even larger area for parking.

Expo Athens: This modern exhibition center in the Anthousa area is just minutes away from the apart hotels using the Attica Ring Road. It offers over 32,000 square meters of space on two levels and was designed to maximize fairs, shows and events held there.

Athens Museums around Civitel Attik and Civitel Esprit

If you’re into art and culture, a short taxi ride away to the Emphietsoglou Gallery Museum in Maroussi unveils over 750 works of Modern Greek art to visitors, while the Goulandris Natural History Museum in nearby Kifissia has a strong environmental component and rich displays of nature to enjoy.

Although Civitel Attik and Civitel Esprit are in northern suburbs of Athens, it takes only 20 minutes by car or metro to the center of Greece’s capital. Here are the most famous attractions of Athens.
